How long does it take to set up my lab?
Usually the same day. We load your test list and prices, put your letterhead and logo on the report, and create logins for your staff. You can start booking orders as soon as that is done.
Can I use my own letterhead and logo on reports?
Yes — that is the point. Reports print on your lab's letterhead with your logo, address and footer, and you can set the margins so they line up with your pre-printed paper.
What happens if my internet is slow or drops?
The app is deliberately light, so it keeps working on a weak connection where heavier software gives up. If the connection drops completely you will need to wait for it to come back — but nothing you have already saved is lost.
Can I take partial payments and give discounts?
Yes. Collect any amount against an order, apply a discount, and the balance is tracked until it is cleared. You can print a bill on a thermal printer or on A4.
Can I track commission for referring doctors?
Yes. Link an order to the doctor who referred it, set a commission rate per doctor or per test, and generate a payout statement for the period you choose.
Is my patients' data separate from other labs?
Completely. Every lab's patients, results and reports are isolated from every other lab on the platform. No one from another lab can see your data, and neither can another lab's staff.
Do my staff need training?
We walk you and your team through it once on a call. After that most receptionists are booking orders on their own the same day — the screens are built for someone who is busy, not someone who has read a manual.
