What to expect.

How long does the demo take?

About twenty minutes. We keep it to the part of the day you care about — usually booking an order and printing a report — rather than walking through every screen.

Who should be on the call?

You, and if possible whoever sits at the front desk. They are the person who has to use it every day, and their reaction is the one that matters.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. If you can send us your test list and rates beforehand we will set them up so you see your own tests rather than made-up ones, but that is optional.

What if I only want to know the price?

Then say so and we will just tell you on the call — no demo required. Or ask on WhatsApp and skip the call entirely.
