Why is the price not on the page?
Because we are still setting it, and we would rather leave it blank than put up a number we then have to change. Tell us the size of your lab and we will give you the exact figure on the call — there is no "it depends who is asking" pricing here.
What if I try it and my staff cannot use it?
Then it is the wrong software for you and you should stop paying for it. We will help your team through the first few days; if they are still struggling after that, we would rather you left than stayed unhappy.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It is your lab's data, not ours. You can export your patients, orders and results, and we will help you get a full copy out. We do not hold data hostage to keep a subscription alive.
I have two branches. How does that work?
Today, each branch runs as its own lab with its own login. Proper multi-branch — one account, several collection points, one set of numbers — is on the roadmap and is not built yet. If that is what you need now, tell us and we will be honest about the timing.
Do I pay per user?
No. Add as many staff logins as your lab needs; the plan is priced for the lab, not per head.
